He holds a degree in Material and Metallurgical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
He began his career at Valeo Group, where he held various positions in Purchasing, Sales, and Business Development, ultimately serving as Managing Director of the Transmission Business Unit.
He then joined the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance, where he served in key roles such as:

Nicolas Michelon

Based in Dubai, Nicolas has worked for 15 years in Hong Kong, Singapore & Japan as an economist (French Ministry of Finance, seconded to the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong), financial analyst (KPMG in Hong Kong), portfolio manager (Schroders in Singapore) and more recently as a corporate geoeconomics and strategic intelligence consultant specialized in the Global South.
Regularly featured in business media in the UAE & Türkiye, and a conference speaker and panelist, he is also an Adjunct Professor & Guest Lecturer in geopolitics, geoeconomics and strategic intelligence at ESCP Business School (Paris), Galatasaray University (Istanbul), University Mohammed VI Polytechnic (Rabat), the International University of Monaco, and the Paris School of Economic Warfare, and a member of the International Consortium for the Study of Economic Leverage in Peace and Conflict (ICEL) coordinated by King’s College London.
Zafer Seymen

Zafer SEYMEN, born in Turkey, in 1975, graduated from Yıldız Technical University in Istanbul with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Plant Manager at one of Valeo’s largest manufacturing sites.
Built two greenfield manufacturing sites for new investments and led them to full operation.
Global Industrial Director overseeing manufacturing operations across 32 sites in 15 countries, based at the Paris headquarters.
With 25 years of experience, he has held key operational and executive roles in leading global automotive company. He specializes in manufacturing, process engineering, SC management, performance management, and operational excellence, with a proven ability to transform manufacturing networks and drive the industry’s transition to electrification.
Recently joined Alagan.Tech, contributing to electrification projects. He lives in Paris.
Gözde Kaya Ünlü
Administrative Officer
Graduated in 2020 with a degree in Comparative Literature from Eskişehir Osmangazi University.
Began her career as a social media specialist and editor, later taking on communications roles within various non-governmental organizations. Gained additional experience in the private sector through back office positions and currently serves as an Administrative Officer at Alagan Partners.
